My wife and I are from different hometowns and had no connections to Shimane from the start.
Time passed and we met each other in Okinawa.
After that, we moved to Tokyo for work and got married after a couple of years.
At the time of having a child, we began to think that we wanted to raise the child in the countryside, and at a U/I turn fair that we stumbled upon, we knew about the beauty of agriculture and decided to move to Shimane.
We make sure that the fruit we produce tastes deliciously to everyone through thorough daily management.
We are always ready with fresh and delicious fruits and look forward to serving you.
Tasteful reproduction of non-standard products
From production to processing,
everything is handmade!
Cultivated agricultural products are divided into two categories: A-grade products that can be used for wholesale and other non-standard products.
Usually, non-standard fruit was discarded without being marketed.
They are as tasty as A-grade products, just less attractive in appearance, such as small scratches and size differences.
At Tourist Farm WATANABE, we do not discard such non-standard fruits, and devise ways to make sure that they can be enjoyed.
All jams and dried fruits are fresh fruit from Tourist Farm WATANABE!
Of course, we are in charge of all the cooking and processing.
